The workouts consist of HIIT, Bootcamp, Hybrid, Circuit Training and more which are geared towards empowering your everyday move. 45 minutes is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping FUN.
 

FIRST DAY OF TRAINING?

Fury Fitness workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body to help you move and feel stronger in all aspects of your life. We focus primarily on the 5 components of fitness:

15 MINS. BEFORE CLASS

First class? Let’s do this! Come in 15 mins. before class to meet your trainer. We’ll check you in, get you assessed and walk you through what to expect during your first class.

WARM-UP

Time for you warm-up. The trainers will get you ready to perform at your best.

IT'S GO TIME!

Get ready for 45 minutes of heart-pumping, sweat-dripping fun. Our trainers will support you every step of the way.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What age can your kid go to the gym?

Here in our gym, we welcome children ages 4 to 17. Getting children to start strength and conditioning exercises between these ages are extremely beneficial for your health.

How long are the classes?

Each 45-minute fitness class is led by a highly trained fitness instructor who will keep your child engaged, active and having a great time.

How many classes per week?

You can choose any of our packages. 2x per week in 1 month (65kd) or 3 times per week in 1 month (80kd). We have also seasonal promos so keep tabs on our latest news.

How many levels are there?

We have established 3 levels for the super athletes to help them develop and grow physically & mentally.
1 • WHITE LEVEL - Kids will learn basic movements and skills.
2 • ORANGE LEVEL - Fitness level focusing on performance based skills needed to aid in their sports accomplishments.
3 • BLACK LEVEL - The final level built for the super athlete.
