THE WORKOUTS

With over 5,000 exercises and a growing list of workout series which focus on different training methods. The variation of our workout programming keeps our Fury Fam members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun.

WHITE LEVEL

 
  
 
This is where it all begins. The beginner level program where the athletes will learn the fundamental basic movement and skills needed to perform the next level of movements. 
 
 
 
 

ORANGE LEVEL

 
 
 This is the intermediate level of the program where the athlete learnt the basic movements needed and will start to focus on performance-based skills to further develop their fitness and aid in their sports performance.
 
 
 

BLACK LEVEL

 
This is the final level built for the advance athlete. the athlete here has shown he/she is more than capable of keeping up with the intensity of the workouts and will start to narrow his/her focus towards specific goal. However, the learning doesn’t stop here, there is always a lot more to be achieved and always room for more improvement. 
SPEEDY SERIES

Speedy Series is a set of workouts for kids with fun sessions that teach them self-awareness, balance, teamwork, and ability to focus while they move.

Each 45-minute class is jam-packed with cool music and foundation fitness moves and cool games.

This is sure to leave the kids feeling great and energetic!

WINNER SWIMMER

Winner Swimmer is a workout program that starts with Side Runner's deadlift and Pogo jumps that are a great tool for teaching athletes what it feels like to be fast or explosive off the ground. Plus Squat Jump to Stick.

This exercise is use primarily to target the calves and shins. To a lesser degree it also target the hamstrings and quads within warm-ups. Best for future swimmer champs!
NEXT-GEN ATHLETE

Next-Gen Athlete - All skills in one. The depth jump is one of the best drills for improving their vertical leap.
Plus a version of the barbell squat known as speed squat can help improve their strength and power by targeting their fast twitch muscle fibers. Simply choose a weight that's about 50 to 70 % of most they can squat for one repetition. Then do repetitions of the squat as fast as you can from start to finish.
POUND THE COMPOUND

Pound the Compound is a workout program that incorporates low-intensity cardio, high-intensity interval training, and guided strength training circuit workouts that get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles. The braced squat and curl helps increase strength and stability in the core, and lower body. More advanced that a standard squat, this exercise also targets the shoulder muscles while improving posture.
ZERO TO HERO

Zero to Hero is a workout series incorporates gradual increase of focused on strength, balance and speed. Enhancing their power by combining resistance and speed with fast-paced strength-training moves, such as: Plyometric box jumps; Pushing a weighted sled while sprinting; Clean and jerk lifts and Kettlebell swings.
Power combines speed and strength. In essence, it's how fast they can generate a maximal force like a Super Hero!
JELLO TO HELLO
Jello to Hello is a workout focuses in weight loss. Exercise is a key component when it comes to losing and maintaining weight in the long term.
We introduce aerobic activity that will help them burn calories and be consistently active. This is fun-based exercise like jogging, swimming, basketball, tennis, etc. for a workout regime in addition to sporting activities.
TIME SAVERS
Time Savers is a workout program that incorporates low-intensity cardio, high-intensity interval training, and guided strength training circuit workouts that get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles. The workouts require some equipment, such as dumbbells, a medicine ball, flat benches, and a jump rope (although there are substitutions available if there's something you don't have).
YOU KNOW THE DRILL
YKTD is a bootcamp workout series program that includes commando pullups, military crawl, jumping jacks and wall sits. This routine is extremely effective in terms of delivering a great workout because they combine several intense exercises and string them together into one difficult circuit. The end result is a very high heart rate and a huge calorie burn. This is especially beneficial for those looking to lose weight.
MIXED TEMPO
Mixed Tempo is a series of exercises playing with fast and slow, one set of fast movements followed by a set of slow then alternating the second round.
Scientific report explains that any moderate to vigorous movement for any amount of time is beneficial to human health. According to the new guidelines, “some physical activity is better than none." So this type of exercise is best for beginners as well as advance fitness training.
ANIMAL
Animal is a routine mimicking animal movement inspired exercises. When it comes to exercise for kids, it’s all about making fitness fun. The animal kingdom is a great resource to turn to for inspiration. Animal flow workouts will challenge their strength, endurance, balance, and mobility all at once. Over time, they will develop better proprioception and move with greater intention, which will make workouts more efficient and effective.
MAYHEM MONDAY
Mayhem Monday is a one Monday out of the month be a grueling workout. To build muscle quickly, whether your kids have been training for years or are just starting out, then this tough workout is the way to go. These type of workouts cause your muscles to experience more time under tension. This exercise will help the muscles grow bigger by increasing strength with this method that utilizes compound exercises for maximum gains.
CHALLENGE WEEK
Challenge Week is a workout routine that strengthen your bones and push yourself to the limit. This challenging workout will force bones to become stronger, due to increased resistance. Challenging exercises burn more calories. Gaining muscle boosts metabolism, which consequently enhances weight loss. The more resistance your muscles experience, the faster they will grow. This workout involves pushing yourself until you can’t do one more rep properly.
